BSC supports the BYSL Youth Development Program (YDP) for players in the U12 and U10 age groups by providing coaches and coach training.  This program emphasizes development of individual player skills, taking players in these age groups a step up from recreational play.  BSC select players from the U16, U17, and U18 teams participate in a mentoring program with YDP teams, assisting at training sessions in the spring season.
